Any bottles purchased in store - will not receive a refund or exchange. It doesn’t matter if the purchase was made the same day. Returns of any sort are not accepted for in-store purchases.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY:
Section 1: ORDER RETURN.
1.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.
1.2 Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please have the receipt handy.
Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.
2.1 If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.
2.2 Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
